Summer Camp
About Summer Camp
Summer Camp is our flagship event on Hawarden Estate, run by our sister business The Good Life Society.
You can find line up information and book tickets for the day or for the weekend here.
Summer Camp is a chance to escape, reset and recharge.
The people you meet, the things you do and the skills you learn will change your life.
Inspired by the fabled camps of America, Summer Camp is a chance to spend time in a private North Wales Estate. You can enjoy inspiring and enriching days of talks, masterclasses and wellness sessions. It allows you to explore the entire Estate, but is mostly based in the Victorian Walled Garden where our bespoke programme of expert-led workshops take place. Offering a chance to get out into nature and connect with like-minded folk, you can swim in the private lake strewn with lily-pads, while away the hours in a deckchair beneath the facade of an 18th-century castle and sleep beneath starlight in luxury bell tents.
Summer Camp is a celebration of creativity, wellness and culinary delights. You’ll leave feeling energised, uplifted and profoundly inspired.
This is the place of your dreams.

The Accommodation
Choose from a room in our holiday properties on a B&B basis, book a whole house, or get comfy in a range of camping options from glamping pitches to camper van spots.

The Food
Food is at the centre of everything we do, and Summer Camp is no different. Dinner is included in your ticket to Summer Camp, and will be cooked by our Estate Head Chef and a world-class guest chef each weekend. Breakfast cooked over the fire is on offer each morning, and lunch is available from our Farm Shop and pub.

The Line Up
The days at Summer Camp are filled with workshops, tastings, classes and experiences in food, wine, art, nature, craft and wellness. Each weekend is different, and there is something for everyone, and activities for all.
