Our amazing wood-fired sauna, which was custom-built for us in the heart of Wales, is open and available for all our guests to use. Most of our guests book into this for the ultimate wellness experience. With its glass door looking out onto nature, our outdoor saunas bring you relaxation and a surreal feeling like no other. Invented by the Finns more than 2000 years ago, the sauna is hailed far and wide for its health benefits. Whether you slip in for a morning, midday or evening session, you're guaranteed to re-emerge feeling revitalised. This experience is not complete without a cold shower, which can be found behind the sauna. At the start of your session you'll build the fire, stoke it, and bring the sauna up to temperature; delayed gratification in the best way. Private hire for exclusive use. £30 for three hours.

Please note that our sauna is for guests only. You need to be staying with us in order to book. Pedlars Flat bookings are able to book this sauna. Please note: the cold plunge is out of order.
